Take Care Of Yourself
At The Villages, we understand the importance of building meaningful connections and fostering a supportive community. Our day program not only offers a nurturing environment for personal growth and development but also provides countless opportunities to make friends and forge lasting connections.
When you join our day program, you become part of a diverse and vibrant community that values friendship, empathy, and understanding. We believe that having friends who share similar experiences and interests can significantly enhance one's overall well-being and quality of life, and we actively encourage our participants to connect with each other on a deep and meaningful level.
Here are a few ways to make friends at The Villages' day program:
Participate in Group Activities
Our day program offers a wide range of group activities, including art therapy, cooking classes, recreational sports, and educational workshops. Engaging in these activities provides ample opportunities to bond with others who share similar interests. Step out of your comfort zone, join in, and create memorable experiences alongside like-minded individuals.
Work Exploration Opportunities
At The Villages at Copa Health, we understand the importance of providing diverse opportunities for individuals to explore and develop their skills. Our day program offers a unique work exploration experience, allowing participants to engage in various tasks and activities that enhance their vocational abilities.
